1 – The reservation will be automatically canceled if the payment by cash deposit or credit card receipt is not presented within 24 hours of the reservation request.
2 – Once the payment or guarantee is made it is characterized that the conditions presented in the confirmation / contract email are of the client’s knowledge and agreement, as well as the compliance of the parties.
3 – In case of cancellation or alteration of the reservation date, the customer must notify the Hotel in writing by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org, not being accepted cancellation or alteration by telephone.
4 – Cancellation or change of dates will be subject to fees.

*Before 60 days prior to check-in date: The total amount already paid will be converted into daily credit to be used during the low season. In case of request for return, 25% of the total amount of the contracted period will be charged as administrative expenses .
*From 60 to 30 days prior to check-in date: The total amount already paid will be converted into daily credit to be used during the low season. In case of request for return, 50% of the total amount of the contracted period will be charged as administrative expenses.
* Less than 30 days prior to check-in or No Show date: 100% penalty of the contracted period and no refund of the amount paid.
Note: Once the guarantee and deposit has been made, it is characterized that the conditions presented in the confirmation email have been accepted and are of the customer’s knowledge and agreement.
Cancellations and / or No-Show: 100% penalty of the contracted period. There will be no refund of the amount paid.
Withdrawal after check in or early check out:
The cancellation of the reservation before or after check-in at the hotel, as well as early departure for any reason WILL NOT GIVE THE GUEST THE RIGHT TO ANY KIND OF REFUND, CASH REFUND OR NEW DAILY CREDIT, resulting in the total loss of the amount paid for the package or per day. .

Your pet is welcome at Pedra da Laguna Hotel Boutique & Spa but it’s allowed a maximum of two pets per room. We charge R $ 150.00 + 5% per day for each animal. We only accept small and medium pets.
Remember that in public areas such as the swimming pool and relaxation areas, restaurant and spa, the pet is not allowed to stay.
We ask you to use the guide within the hotel grounds and not to leave your pet alone in the room to avoid disturbing neighbor guests.
We have some facilities like toys, small pet beds and towels for your pet, which should be requested at reception.
